Burgers and Beer is the first and only American burger joint in San Carlos City. Although the prices are a bit steep for the province, diners still frequent this place. Most of the patrons are foreigners, presumably friends of the owner. The burgers are worth the price of Php120 and above. Drinks are of below zero temperature and comes in a frosted glass. The Wi-Fi connection is strong and steady. It would be plus points if the renovations will be finished anytime soon.
