Do you notice that area between Nijosa and Il Primo? Everytime there is a heavy downpour of rain, water would always be gushing through that little space which also functions as a reloading center during sunny day. The gate would be opened to let the rainwater out. The shops of Il Primo, Handumanan and sometimes Pick and Carry's shops are those affected by this mini flood. I wonder if the city government is doing something to remedy the situation.
